The tumbler was packaged well and came with a metal straw and a brush to clean it, which surprised me. I have bought more than one tumbler and none, came packed as well as this one was. The tumbler itself is pristine and looks absolutely stunning. Kept my water pretty cold over 24 hours with ice so it does it's job very well in keeping my drink cold. The design itself has some aristic flair to it, portraying Joker and Harley in a colorful and comically cute way. All in all I love it.
